Djay Pro Midi Mapping
Easy Spotify integration for your iOS device
To start mapping a new MIDI device, follow these steps: Launch djay Pro and wait for it to be fully loaded. Plug your MIDI controller into your computer via a spare USB port and turn it on. If this is the first time using the controller, you will see a pop-up message asking if you want to configure the device. Next, the device MIDI Configuration window will load, displaying a blank mapping screen. To start mapping a new MIDI device, follow these steps: Launch djay Pro and wait for it to be fully loaded. Plug your MIDI controller into your computer via a spare USB port and turn it on. If this is the first time using the controller, you will see a pop-up message asking if you want to configure the device. Next, the device MIDI Configuration window will load, displaying a blank mapping screen. By pressing or moving a control (e.g. Button, slider, or knob) on your MIDI controller, djay Pro will automatically add an entry for the control in the mapping table in the configuration window. Example: Add a mapping entry for the play button on your MIDI controller by pressing the play button on your controller.
